Banks Reluctant to Grant Credit - RBI Blasts at Banks
The loans should be given by the Bank's after getting assurance from the Govt. & RBI that the Govt & RBI will ensure that recovery of loans is also given due importance. Though the Govt. has made several laws including SARFAESI ACT but looking to the impediments and various loopholes in judiciary systems the recovery of Bad loans is becoming difficult and it is one of the reasons of low credit off take. Enterpreneurs are taking collateral free loans, loans backed by subsidies but at the time of repayment several intolerable excuses are given in the name of business loss, recession etc. RBI & Govt. particularly the so called Netas should take steps and also take a vow not to interefere with the recovering of Bad Debts. If at all the Netas have any sympathy towards the defaulting Borrowers they should help them out of the funds allotted under MP/MLA funds.
